Order Management Senior Specialist

Job description

  • Ensure on time delivery in accordance with agreed processes and usage of systems (including: order processing, documentation, data management and inventory control)

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional order management activities, driving order execution / delivery processing and maintaining efficient end-to-end supply process

  • Follow  the key Client’s business processes to ensure supply performance is delivered within SLA’s and KPI’s and with full adherence to our Client’s policies and external regulations (like SOX / SOD rules)

  • Pro-active communication with market, supply contacts and internal customers (mainly Procurement and Supply Chain) to identify and correct issues

  • Maintain a balanced supply schedule and ensure coordination with Planning and Procurement for individual portfolio

  • Support supplier relationship management

  • Develop skills and knowledge to enable or support added value activities such as continuous improvement, logistics and order management expertise, cost optimization, etc.

Position purpose

The main purpose of the role is to ensure excellent Client service within Logistic, Order Management and Planning area. There is also a possibility to take part in Transition process from our Client’s European locations.

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of experience – preferably in Supply Chain or International Trade areas

  • Working knowledge of supply chain/sourcing principles, trade terms and conditions

  • Degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade or relevant professional experience will be an asset

  • Good user knowledge of SAP environment, MS Office literacy (incl. very good Excel) and working knowledge of logistics tools and applications (like OMEGA).

  • Excellent organizational skills of daily work

  • Open minded communicator and negotiator

  • Team player

  • Fluent knowledge of English, second European language (e.g. French or German) will be an asset
