For our Client, international corporation, leader of SSC/BPO, we are looking for PA/PY Team Leader.
Main duties:
- To take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff,
- To support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics,
- To ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures,
- To be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in Payroll/HR processes for foreign market;
- Experience as a team coordinator or a project leader,
- Educational background in Finances/HR;
- Fluent English skills;
- Good command of another language - it is an asset;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good knowledge of SAP;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Very good communication skills.
