In addition, this is a unique opportunity to join a new function and be involved in building the future services and role for the Dx Legal Organization. This position will report directly to the Manager, Paralegals at Radiometer based in Copenhagen, Denmark, but will be placed in Stargard, near Szczecin, Poland, where we have a production site and develop a shared service center.
To become successful, you must have 3-4 years relevant contract drafting and reviewing experience and be familiar with the rules on interacting with healthcare professionals. In addition, it would be helpful if you have had experience within corporate books and records requirements. Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

Support commercial sales and service with respect to legal review of customer terms, bid tender submissions, customer disputes, government contract terms and conditions among others.

Draft and review standard agreements (e.g., non-disclosure, material transfer, evaluation, and professional services agreements).

Assist with Corporate Governance management in the EU by managing the subsidiary corporate books and records.

Train commercial team on various topics relating to contracts, transparency reporting and compliance.

Develop written procedures, work flow plans or other systems for practice areas as required.

- Bachelor’s degree or a similar academic degree within a relevant field (e.g. Legal Studies) or related work experience.
- Five or more years providing legal support – preferably in-house legal experience
- Experience in working with contract drafting and review and working within a global organization.
- Project management experience.
