Payments Team Leader
Rzeszów

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership within the Payment process to ensure all deliverables are successfully achieved regarding operational performance, people management, and adherence to compliance requirements. Support and implement required transformations as needed
  • Act as a final reviewer of Payments data / submissions to ensure accuracy
  • Lead, motivate and develop process team (manage resources, follow-up issues, monitor performance)
  • Ensure that, as a process responsible, the process is compliant with company policies and procedures, and audit requirements
  • Support the SSC Manager in identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements in processes, systems and procedures, setting process team targets
  • Ensure service is delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in accordance with the SLA
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and translate the vision and strategy of Payments from a systems, process, policy, and procedures perspective
  • Understand the functionality, interfaces, and interdependencies of the financial processes and systems; ensure the existence of adequate internal controls
  • Support Payments SAP User Access Management and address any segregation of duties that may arise
  • Research, analyze and resolve Payment issues
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Payments processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting / Business Administration is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in management of a high volume transactional finance function
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with people management in a transactional finance context
  • Experience in using SAP (or other ERP)
  • Very good command of English is essential (international environment)
  • Deep understanding of Payment process, strong knowledge of IFRS
  • Good understanding of the Controlling processes
  • Competent Microsoft Office user (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical mind and organizational skills
  • Open minded, receptive to change
