You will be part of a dynamic team, with many years' experience which was created to drive the future of small entity payroll in alignment with the global payroll vision. Joining this team will offer challenges to the candidate to influence and inspire our business partner collaboration.
As a Payroll/AP Analyst, your main duties will include:
o Responsibility for managing outsourced payroll process for a small number of countries
o Responsibility for reviewing and overhauling checks & controls, checklists to improve processes
o Implementation of law/social/tax changes
o Approval of online payments to suppliers and reimbursement of employee expenses
o Compliance
o Employee support where necessary
o Process all payroll related payments to employees, Tax Authorities and Social Security Office
o Process all payroll related journal entries into the general ledger
o Assist in preparation of monthly reconciliations of all payroll related General Ledger Accounts
o Participate and perform monthly auditing, testing and monitoring of process controls
o Identify and coordinate corrections and remediation with relevant stakeholders
o Prepare and maintain payment schedule for Financial Analysis and planning
o Financial Analysis and planning : Coordinate payroll continuous improvements to processes and improve checks & controls
o Single point of contact for the business partners (i.e. - HR and Finance) Maintain accurate and up to date payroll information pertaining to all employee
To become a successful Candidate you will need:
● Ability to manipulate data accurately
● Expert Excel skills (macros, formulas) and the ability to create meaningful reports
● Some SQL experience
● Solid general computer skills
● Experience at working in operational finance or numerate HR activities, with 3 years prior payroll experience
● Experience at turning raw data into meaningful reports for different audiences
● Hands-on experience of data entry and data validation with an ability to carry such tasks out with a high level of discipline and accuracy
● Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
