Responsibilites
- Project status and governance reporting
- Chase up commentary on project status reports
- Manage project forecast, actuals
- Hiring pipeline tracking and reporting
- Time tracking and absence requests coordination
- Ad-hoc reports development
- New joiners accommodation — stakeholders notification, raising on-boarding requests, providing guidance on new joiner's questions
- Expense requests processing
- Travel planning and coordination
- Team events, workshops and client visits organization
- Management meetings organization, meeting minutes and actions tracking
- Standard Operating Procedures and process maps creation
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Experience in PMO / administrative
- Experience in finance
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Proactive approach and flexible attitude
- Knowledge of JIRA and Clarity would be a plus
