Responsibilities:
Working as an Administrator within our Policy Administration Department, you will assist in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (insurance company, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors). Typical activities will include onboarding new customers into the system, updating policy holder details, resolving premium allocation issues, producing annual policy statements, switches, and handling policy claims.
As a Policy Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Providing a world class service by maintaining and improving service levels
- Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met effectively and within standard times
- Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turnaround times
- Assisting in the preparation of a suite of standard letters
- Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the department
