Cisco Global Procurement Services (GPS) is looking for a detail oriented individual to join our contract management team supporting Cisco Global Services Logistics Operations (GSLO) in the creation and negotiation of statement of work (SOW) and vendor services agreement (VSA) contracts between Cisco and our logistics and trade compliance vendors.
As an Procurement & Contract Manager you will:
* Draft and negotiate contracts with vendors for Cisco Services GSLO team, including collaborating with GSLO Vendor Managers to negotiate terms and conditions between Cisco and our vendors.
* Apply GPS and GSLO processes and best practices.
* Collaborate with GPS Contract Management peers and GSLO Vendor Manager customers.
* Drive internal consensus with internal stakeholders.
* Manage end to end process from drafting through internal approvals, signatures and database updates.
* Provide support to internal GSLO customers for RFx activities and other contractual needs.
* Contribute to SOW template improvements and best practice documentation
- 3+ years logistics, contract negotiation, legal or procurement experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Solid understanding of contract structures, terms and condition framework
- Fluency in English
- Ability to spot legal issues and escalate when appropriate.
