We are recruiting ambitious Candidates for the position of Procurement Process Specialist with Hungarian to join a team of our new Client.
Nufarm is a global company of Australian origin and provides a wide range of top quality crop protection products.

Requirements
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Experience in BPO will be an asset
- University or college degree, preferably in economics
- Working e-procurement tools knowledge will be an asset
- Good computer literacy, easily learns new applications
- Very good customer service skills and Client-focus attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
- Good numerical and business reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and good decision making skills
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Technical background/interest
Candidate’s profile
- Receives and reviews purchase requisitions for compliance
- Releases completed requisitions for approval
- Initiates new vendor set-up requests
- Transmits POs to suppliers and manages order confirmation
- Expedites delivery when needed/requested
- Manages goods/services claims
- Amends or closes Purchase Orders
- Files documents according to procedures for audit purposes
- Continually strives to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve processes
- Proactively shares knowledge and best practices
- Support maintenance of internal tools and solutions (system transfers, batches uploads, raising issue tickets)
- Should have an understanding on how system activities influence the operation and how business activities affect the system
- Work closely with all F&A teams
- Identify areas for potential system improvements
