Provide consultancy services for usage of the fare search product, before, during or after implementation:
- In pre-implementation phase, verify customer's workflow, check customers' expectations in terms of Quality of Service, traffic estimates and anticipate potential issues, by coordinating with R&D and ADP people. Verify cascaded impact on Client's partners
- During implementation, provide support to customers or other customer facing teams
- Post implementation: monitor quality of services and provide chargeable functional consultancy to the customers.
Diagnose complex and cross-functional issues, and provide recommendation for fix or improvement
Share knowledge and provide internal consultancy (including participating to product evolution), support management decision-making related to the identified area of expertise.

We are seeking candidates for the position of the Shopping Product Consulting specialists, for our Client (worldwide leader providing software for the service and online booking in travel industry). The mission is delivering consultancy services to Client's customers to make take full advantage of the Client's fare search products, and of participating in key product evolution projects to anticipate the and the impacts of proposed changes, both on the system and on the business.The Shopping and Low Fare Search products are based on a powerful but complex architecture. The quality results depends on a number of components, internal or external to Client, including the determination of the air availability the computation of the air fare.
