We are currently looking for a Product Manager destined for our Global Biotechnology Leader Client
Accountabilities:
Situational analysis and tactical planning
- Lead the analysis of patient/HCP, market, competitors and internal capabilities to generate insights and develop a priority needs map for the country.
- Lead and be accountable for franchise and product planning in collaboration with cross functional team aligned with the global strategy and the lead country tactical plans to deliver a multi-channel campaign plan.
- Lead the development of metrics to track execution of marketing programs and KPIs.
Leadership of marketing programs and inspiring excellence in execution
- Collaborate in communicating the country needs and potential solutions and then leverage the content, material and tactics delivered by lead countries.
- Drive the adaptation of materials and tactics to local regulatory, compliance and legal requirements and languages.
- Lead the implementation of marketing programs in a way that inspires the sales force and the cross functional team.
Customer engagements
- Lead national/regional commercial HCP events and meetings
- Support local commercial HCP events and meetings
- Meet with key opinion leaders 2-3 times a month
Formal Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirements
- Scientific, medical, paramedical and/or business management background.
- Bachelor’s degree preferable.
- Written and spoken proficiency in English and Polish.
Minimum Experience Requirements
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (min. 3 years), commercial function.
- Marketing experience or Product Manager role (preferable)
- Sales experience of 2 years (preferred)
- Good IT skills.
