For Hemmersbach Poland located in Bielany Wrocławskie and for our expanding, international Project Management Team we are seeking the following:
- Support Transition Management with implementation of new End User Support projects,
- Lean administration: Process conception, implementation, design (MS Visio) and documentation (manuals, presentations),
- Project quality control and answering to incoming queries,
- Leading meeting calendar,
- Creating and updating/editing excel-based reports (Master Dashboard, Daily Ticket Reports),
- Documentation handling,
- Act as an interface between customers, project managers and internal departments,
- Monitor achievement of SLA and Key Performance Indicators in running projects.
- Very good knowledge of English language,
- Experience in working with a recent version of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio),
- Good analytical skills and able to draw conclusions rapidly,
- Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously and cope with a heavy workload,
- Flexibleness and openness to new, interesting tasks.
- Relevant work experience or completed professional trainings,
- Technical background,
- VBA knowledge.
