Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible for the coordination of the project to collect data from multiple reporting systems, analyze data and work with business analysts EM interpret information, to provide direction to the organization's infrastructure planning. Will work with many groups is to ensure the quality of the data. Operating status will be reported through regular operational reports to the executive management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience either in a Project Coordinator or analytical role.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience analyzing and manipulating data, identifying data gaps, investigating data gaps and resolving anomalies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Highly proficient in Excel, experience with Pivot Tables and formulae essential, experience with macros and VBA an advantage.
- Adept at Excel report creation / generation for management reporting.
- Experience with desktop software rollouts desired, but not required.
- Technical IT background preferred, but not required.
- Experience of working in virtual teams, working remotely or for a remote manager is an advantage.

- Ability to work with independently with some guidance and oversight.
- Critical thinker with decision-making abilities and problem solving capability.
- Strong communications, both verbal and written
- In addition to advanced Excel (essential), skills with Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project would be an advantage.
- Language skills in addition to English are an advantage.
