Project Manager/ Organizational Change Lead

• Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan. 


• Successful delivery of Change Management procedures and methodologies. 


• Coordination and implementation of change within the business to minimize risks, reduce disruptions and costs of doing business. 


• Promote the process across the enterprise. 


• Identify training needs and develop CM training plans. 


• Identify and manage anticipated resistance. 


• Develop full-scale change project plans and contribute to the overall plan, highlighting dependencies to other projects. 


• Ensure all project commitments are met, and monitor and report on progress to sponsor and customer, as well as the PMO in accordance with the reporting standards, ensuring the project remains within scope. 


• Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders. 

Project Manager/ Organizational Change Lead will manage and facilitate clients’ transition through organizational and operational changes including mergers, acquisitions, downsizing, or a major shift in the company’s structure and hierarchy. 
The role will focus on guiding clients’ through the understanding and implementation of organizational and operational change in order to ease employees and managers into acceptance of the new ways of working . 

• 5+ Years of work experience in project environment. 


• Strong business knowledge and experience with organizational transitions, restructuring, and a variety of project management strategies. 


• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. 


• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. 


• Strong Leadership skills; planning and organizational skills. 


• Very good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. 


• Experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office. 


• PM certifications preferred. 


• Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders.
