Project Manager (ralocation to Germany, Frankfurt am Main)

Responsibilites
- Coordination and overall management of several software development projects and teams located offsite
- Scope of work negotiating with different customer's stakeholding groups
- Planning and tracking
- Project risks management and communication to customer
- Reporting to customer
- Provide onsite support to customer on behalf of offsite Program Management
Requirements
- Experience in project management in software development 5+ years;
- Strong experience working with western customers (USA, West Europe is preferable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Software Development or Engineering background: Java/web/ Data Warehouse systems/oracle technologies/ experience
- Fluent English is a must;
- Customer focused work
- Good people management skills
- Leadership and pro-active style
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to focus on results and details
- Experience working with waterfall methodology
Optional
- DWH projects experience is very preferable
- Bachelor degree in computer science, math or any technical field
- Experience working as Engagement Manager is a plus
- Experience and knowledge in financial domain
- Knowledge and understanding of PMBoK.
