Your role
Are you a multitasker? Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling project tasks? We're looking for someone like this to:
- run assigned project/program streams from A to Z
- partner with experts across the organization and external partners
- support the development and management of yearly planning for talent programs
- assist with nomination process for the Key Talent Programs
- setup and control overall project plan, execute calendar including scheduling and booking of UBS and external venues
- manage costs and resources for assigned programs
- support PM in program delivery (program materials, Share Points, workshops)
- prepare ad hoc presentations, factsheets, dashboards, status overviews, briefing materials, milestones tracking and reporting etc.
- advanced program reporting, preparing analysis and statistics and drawing conclusions
- complete any ad-hoc admin tasks in the team
Your team
You’ll be working in the Core Services Support team in Krakow Green Office as a part of the UBS University Global Team. Your role is to support one or more Senior Program Managers with the implementation and execution of learning and development programs all around the world.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- worked in a similar position before (at least 2-3 years of project management experience in an international environment)
- an understanding of what it takes to run successful, complex projects / L&D programs
You are:
- open for new challenges
- a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and influencing for results
- an expert at building networks and connections
- detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- known for meeting deadlines and staying within budget
- a quick learner ready to gain knowledge in order to shape a complex learning program
- independent in the way of thinking, proactive performer that informs transparently
- a savvy user of project management tools and techniques
- ready to take on responsibility for assigned portfolio from the first days in a new role
- eager to apply and develop your skills and competencies further
- fluent in English (German is a plus)
