Opis stanowiska

• Ability to lead support team for outgoing projects and projects in production
• Ability to work shift hrs  9am to 5pm and 2pm-10pm ; be accessible  via phone to delegate resolution of PROD emergencies
• Ability to lead up to 2-3 projects at the same time
• Ability to lead remote resources
• Participate in project estimations when requested to provide costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to be estimated.
• Establish project milestones that reflect realization of agreed upon business benefits within timeframe and budget.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and schedules. Track progress and actively manage any potential roadblocks or delays to ensure timely and quality delivery of committed plans.
• Actively participate in defining technical approaches to solving project's business needs
• Knowledge of RIA is a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe LiveCycle and Flex is a plus

Wymagania

• 2 years + as Project Manager (PMP certification +)
• Experience of working on large scale agile projects, and working in an environment which is running multiple concurrent Scrums.
• Experience of using Agile approaches such as SCRUM, TDD, User Stories, Release Planning, Retrospectives
• Polished verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with both external and internal audiences (examples requested), and a proven ability to communicate with and influence technical and business leaders at all levels.
• An understanding of contemporary project management principles and practices
• Experience managing, planning and executing small to large IT projects
• Solid understanding of IT and experience using a System Development Lifecycle Methodology
• Experience developing a variety of project management reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of Cloud Based integrations eg. AmazonAWS+
