Our client is a world leading international production company. To one of its site producing components for aviation industry we are looking for an experienced and talented person for Quality Director.
Quality Director will be responsible for integration and development business strategy processes (supervising quality procedures and corrective actions, implementation of quality standards), managing complex issues within functional areas expertise, supervising the assigned human and material resources and budget management and cost optimization. Moreover Quality Director will be responsible for assuring the audit (monitoring the flow of material and product loses), assuring the optimal level of quality in order to fulfils the customer’s needs and expectation and providing the company goals realization.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in quality area in aviation industry (automotive is also welcome), bachelor’s degree in quality or engineering, experience in a leadership role to cross-functional teams in the quality/process improvement environment is preferred and with development and implementation of operator acceptance programs. Moreover the candidate should have ability to lead teams or projects achieving desired results on schedule. Besides strong oral and written communication skills and strong problem solving and analytical abilities are expected. Expertise in Quality Control concepts and their application, experience with AS9100 and NADCAP is also required.
