Position purpose

This entertainment company has operations around the globe and creates, distributes, markets and licenses all forms of entertainment from feature films to television, home video/DVD, international cinema, and broadcasting.Â

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating R2R & Treasury team.Â
The scope involved covers processes: Cash Positioning and Forecast, Electronic Bank statements upload into ERP system, posting and clearing of BIT accounts, overview of payment process and others tasks within Treasury scope.Â
Main accountabilities
- Leading the delivery team of 6-8 peopleÂ
- Supporting function to Delivery ManagerÂ
- Contact with clientÂ
- Providing high quality reporting, and responding to ad-hoc requirementsÂ
- Support R2R/Treasury account scope and portfolio developmentÂ
- Managing team workload
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing. Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope
- Continuous focus on standardization, innovation, automations leading to the best in class modelÂ
Requirements
- Advanced English is required, French will be an assetÂ
- Experience in R2R and/or Treasury processesÂ
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantageÂ
- Excellent Customer Service & communication skillsÂ
- Excellent analytical skillsÂ
- Ability to build long-term relationships with the ClientÂ
- Excellent presentation skillsÂ
- Multitasking, ability to organize own and team work in compliance with the operational procedures, KPI/Client’s Reporting requirements, ad hoc priority tasksÂ
- Advanced Excel knowledge and computing skillsÂ
- A candidate should demonstrate proven team management experienceÂ
