Position purpose
The Recruitment Process Excellence Team is responsible for Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing administration, reporting, continuous improvement activities and building Market Intelligence. We are located both in Kraków and Katowice.
The role of Team Coordinator is to coordinate work of Administrators and drive Recruitment Marketing projects so they are done efficiently and within budget, as well as progresses stay on schedule, are reported appropriately and meet the quality standards of the company. In this role you will also be involved in Continuous Improvement projects related to recruitment and recruitment marketing matters.
The role requires business travel (about 20% of time).
The role can be based either in Kraków or Katowice.
Main accountabilities
- Be the key point of contact for recruitment marketing actionsÂ
- Coordinate external and support internal actions oriented on acquiring high quality candidates’ applications according to current demand
- Coordinate day to day work of Administration team, managing issues, flagging and mitigating them
- Assure timely and qualitative projects completion
- Responsible for proper maintenance of actions’ calendar and trackers focused on recruitment Prepare and deliver reports to Team Manager, business, Recruitment Team and Employer Branding Team
- Close cooperation with Recruitment team and EB team to make sure that actions are taken in line with EB Strategy and meet recruitment needsÂ
- Cooperation with 3rd parties (i.e. universities, careers offices) and vendors regarding recruitment marketing events
- Coordinate projects focused on continuous improvement of recruitment and recruitment marketing
- Meet defined SLAs
Requirements
- Educated to M.Sc. degree level
- 3-4 years of work experience, ideally with corporate background in HR, Recruitment, EB or similar
- Experience in project coordinationÂ
- Excellent work management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- High attention to details and analytical approach
- Ability to work under time pressure and with deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Proactive and solution focused attitude
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel and Power Point is a must
- Fluent Polish and very good English (both written and spoken) are a must
- Business Travel (about 20%)
