Our Client is an international manufacturer of food products running more than 56 factories around the continent.
Currently we are looking for a suitable person for the position of a Regional CEE Human Resources Director.
Responsibility
- Participate in the development of the company’s business plans and programs as a strategic partner, particularly from the perspective of the impact on people; translate business needs into HR strategic and operational plans
- Guide the Leadership team in strategic human resource planning including the collection and dissemination of best practices to position the company as the employer of choice
- Collaborate with Leadership team to develop effective communication between and among management and employees to promote morale and help achieve business plan objectives
- Accurately diagnose organizational issues and develop and implement appropriate solutions
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Manage the successful resolution of grievances and arbitration, as well as collective bargaining negotiations
- Support the performance management and succession planning processes
- Partner with Corporate, Regional and Global HR community
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts in all facets of the human resources function
- Serve as champion to drive strategic thinking throughout the HR community and insure all members are positioned as valued business partners to increase their influence and decision-making authority.
- Develop a philosophy of continuous improvement of the HR programs, policies, practices and processes necessary to meet the strategic and operational people issues of the organization
- Evaluate the HR structure and how services are being delivered; identify relevant metrics and KPIs for both the HR function and individual team members
- Develop HR financial strategies and budgets by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends and variances; measuring and analyzing results; and minimizing the impact of variances
Qualifications
- About 6-8 years of HR strategic experience within another Consumer Products or Manufacturing company
- Degree in business or human resource management
- Experience in international, matrix environment
- Demonstrated experience driving a progressive HR strategy within a complex, matrix reporting environment, and improving employee engagement
- Strong results orientation
- Recognized trusted advisor with high integrity and strong interpersonal skills, able to relate to people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to create and effectively communicate a compelling vision/strategies
- Ability to be equally effective at executive-level and front-line HR issues
- Ability to develop trust and influence at all levels of the company
- Proficiency in English, additional language would be an asset
