For our Client, one of the world leading toy manufacturing companies, we are seeking for an experienced professional for a position of Regional Planner. Successful candidate will be responsible for supporting regional markets in terms of optimizing planning and stock control process.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Develop demand forecasts aggregation of multiple markets and time horizon
- Analyze forecast input from Sales and Marketing, use insights to determine appropriate stock policies
- Analyze historical data and POS data improve quality of forecast
- Lead Commercial Market meetings to optimize forecast accuracy and inventory control
- Achieve the expected quality of inventory level and meets financial parameters
- KPI reporting and analysis
- Inventory control and analysis
- Develop reporting and analytical tools to improve the planning processes and support business decisions
- Close cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Finance within the region

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Master Degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Logistics or relevant
- Minimum 4 years experience in demand planning area in FMCG/Retail sector
- Very good knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Experience in multi-market operating model would be an advantage
- Good knowledge ERP systems
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package
- Good level of numeracy with the ability to manage / analyze / interpret complex data
- Ability to influence and achieve expected results independently
- Flexible thinking
- Fluency in English, very good Russian language would be an advantage
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Minimum 4 years experience in demand planning area in FMCG/Retail sector
