- Timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of customers (via calls, emails, dunning letters, statements of account)
- Providing accurate status of outstanding receivables, actions completed and planned to different stakeholders
- Performing regular follow up on the accounts with aged debt
- Supporting cash allocation and arranging missing remittance advices for the unapplied & unidentified payments
- Forecasting cash, risks & opportunities
- Building long term relationship with Clients, regional Sales & CSM, Other finance teams and Billing Team
- Responding to Client's enquiries, requests or complaints (e-mail/ phone)
- Cooperating with Cash Application Team and other teams involved in collection process
- Performing ad-hoc activities delegated by Management of the team
- Active participation in AR country/cluster reviews/calls
- Educational background in finance/accounting/customer service is an advantage
- Fluent in English (at least B2/C1)
- Fluent in Dutch (at least B2/C1)
- Microsoft Office essential skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- ERP literacy would be an asset
- High accuracy and focus on details
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets
- Pro-active business approach & ownership, aimed to resolve business/people issues
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
