Researcher is responsible for generating good quality pipeline of candidates, building long term relationship with candidates to meet the targets and close the roles
- sourcing candidates
- partial responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process
- recruiting IT specialists and other profiles if required
- new recruitment channels identification
- market investigation/research
- be a support for Recruiter
Technical skills/Professional knowledge
- fluent English is a must
- good Microsoft Office package knowledge is a must
- experience in recruitment/sourcing area (nice to have)
Soft skills
- ability to work within tense timeline
- ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- willingness to work under pressure
