Resource Planning Specialist

SUMMARY:
Functions under limited direction of the Manager, Resource Management the Lead Resource Planner is responsible for effectively staffing resource requests based on client specific needs, resource skill set/goals, resource availability, resource level (i.e. manager, senior, or associate consultant), and geographical location. The Lead Resource Planner will work to ensure resources are staffed on-time and in alignment with the goals of the resource and resource request.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as Resource Planner for billable and non-billable staffing requests within assigned product area or business unit
· Ensure sourcing of the contracts is probably done with appropriate resources and skill set; this includes sourcing for recurring activities as well as for escalations
· Contribute to the improvement of the quality of delivery by implementing continuous improvement plans
· Forecast: regularly report on the utilization of the resources, and on hiring plan
· HR: ensure that local HR rules are in place, this includes regular appraisals
· Assist with the preparation and maintenance of Resource Management Reports driven from the Resource Management System
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent discipline from an accredited college or university.
· 3+ prior work experience preferably in a consulting or professional services firm with experience ideally in staffing and/or recruiting
· Good communication skills
· Ability to implement changes
· Languages: Polish, excellent English + 3rd European language appreciated
