Romanian Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Workplace: Warsaw
Position description
- providing excellent customer service (supporting Romanian clients)
- building up positive relationships with customers
- resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
- monitoring of the situation on financial markets
- accepting transaction orders by phone
- working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
- cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departmets
Requirements:
- higher education, preferably in Finance (might be IV or V year student)
- Romanian language - native or proficiency level required
- responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
- strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- good knowledge of MS Office
Additional (would be an advantage)
- knowledge of financial markets and XTB's core business
- previous experience in a customer service role
