Requirements:
- A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred
- Excellent english skills
- Team management experience
- Minimum of five years of related experience in sales, ideally within the leisure sector
- Experience or knowledge of selling into state or local government with an understanding of accessing EU Funding
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team or distributors
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the management of sales of the company’s products and services within the region. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of distributors. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short-term and long-term sales and earnings.
Summary of responsibility:
- Manages distribution of products within a defined territory (Poland) to achieve company targets for growth of sales, market share and profit
- Define a set of mutually agreed business objectives with the distributor for the coming year that is reviewed at least quarterly
- Improve the communication to and from the distributor and hold regular communication meetings with your channel partners
- Analyses and synthesizes market based facts and data (including customer, end user and competitive) to develop market strategy for each country
- Leverage of existing products in the portfolioto identify portfolio gaps and opportunities to expand distribution of current products to new customer segments, sales channels and/or geographies
- Develop “best in class” sales people, with the distributor and their sales teams
- To achieve continuous improvement in our distribution, replace underperforming distributors, sub-divide territories, and identify natural channel partners
