Requirements:
- Minimum a BSc in Computer Science, any engineering field, or closely related field, or foreign equivalent
- At least 1 year Salesforce CRM administration experience
- Excellent Excel
- Team player, with excellent communication skills and a good grasp of business issues
- Analytical ability
- Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL
- Proven experience of process/CRM implementation.
- Salesforce ADM201/ADM301/DEV401 certification
- Experience working in an Agile project environment
- Experience of working within a well-established IT department well versed in IT best practice and procedures will be an advantage
- Experience within the financial services industry
- Self-starting, enthusiastic team-player who will be willing and able to help colleagues at peak-times
- Articulate / good communication skills (eg. ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical colleagues in a trusted manner)
- Deadline / delivery conscious and flexible to changing priorities
- Is able to present a balanced view of different technologies and IT platforms in aspiring to the best result for the company
- Is keen to work within own discipline and to develop within other areas that are less familiar
Responsibilities:
- Developing, testing and deploying solutions to the Salesforce application
- Liaising with business teams to implement innovative and efficient ways to improve CRM applications and processes
- Providing first line support for internal users
- Providing progress reports to business leaders
- Keeping abreast of developments in Salesforce and AppExchange
- Producing and maintaining documentation for all projects and applications
- Production support is part of the role and out of hours support on a rota basis is part of the job
