- Cooperating with Product Owner to deliver scrum backlog
- working together with team & product owner in Scrum framework
- Taking care of Scrum ceremonies (organizing meetings, daily scrums, demo's and others)
- Keeping the scrum process and reporting
- Overseeing and communicating team pace and release progress
- Being in the position of escalating project/team blockers or issues if needed
- Controlling progress in order to navigate the achievement of the team
- Belonging to the Scrum Master community and participate in on-going improvements
- Keeping the team motivated, effective and productive and actively lead them to progression
- Being in touch with other Scrum teams to eliminate team issues
- Understanding of Agile & Lean principles

- Previously worked as a Developer, Tester or Architect
- + 2 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (scrum alliance or scrum.org)
