For our Client – international outsourcing company delivering accounting services to the Clients located across EMEA
, we are currently looking for experienced professionals on the position of Senior General Accounting Operations Delivery Manager.
Working on the position you will be responsible for managing full scope of accounting processes for several European locations. Being direct manager of 3 Operations Managers,
you will be in charge of the team of experienced AP, AR and GL Accountants
– the team consists of approx. 160 people. In addition you will be responsible for managing Client relationship, cooperation with all levels of line and Accounting management in support of business objectives and strategies. You will lead the development, delivery and implementation of innovation of Accounting programs, policies and practices. In order to be successful on this position
you will have experience in managing huge, international, cross-engagement accounting projects and excellent people management skills. You need to have excellent command of English, very good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as broad knowledge of Accounting functional areas and expert knowledge of one of functional areas. Knowledge of project management methodology would be strong asset. Our Client offers
