Mobile Developer

We are looking to hire a talented Mobile Developer with great leadership qualities onto the team in Cracow/Wrocław/Prague. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with some of the smartest people in the industry, on a fast-paced and motivated team. As a part of the global Business Intelligence team, you will have the chance to design and innovate development of mobile apps and user interfaces for one of the world's largest organizations.
Responsibilities
- Technical and usability design, development & review
- Feature implementation
- Issue identification and resolution
- Writing tests & documentation, keeping code clean, modular and self-sustaining
- Peer code reviews
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrable, expert knowledge of Java for Android
- Experience with network-heavy or data processing applications with complex business logic
- Experience with unit tests
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- 5+ years of proven relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications but not main requirement
- Familiarity with Google Sign-In, OAuth or other authentication techniques
- Familiarity with both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience with managing sensitive information on mobile
- Experience with data visualization or Material Design
- Experience with Protocol Buffers
- Experience with data-intensive and high-performance mobile applications
- Experience with Guava, Robolectric, Content Providers (Google Calendar, Drive, Contacts)
- Experience with Google APIs Client Library for Objective-C, Google Toolbox for Mac
- Team lead experience
- Feature prioritization
- Feature effort estimation
- Agile / Scrum development
- Previous experience in working within geographically dispersed multi-cultural virtual teams
- Previous exposure and understanding of large scale, multinational enterprise environments
Working environment
- 40 hours per week / flexible working time
- Employment via Hays (contract of employment with copyright clause/ B2B contract)

- Code review, unit test (currently about 80% coverage), static code analysis
