Become point of contact between business and project team and insure that requirements received from business stakeholders properly analyzed, documented, communicated and approved by responsible parties.
Successful candidate will be responsible for requirements management, functional solution introduction, putting together business and functional specifications, business processes establishment, data modeling and collaboration with customers.
- 5+ years' experience as a business/functional analyst in software development area;
- Analysis experience within Investment Banking is essential, with a proven record of the delivery of a range of software systems including Business requirements gathering and BRD preparation from scratch;
- Outstanding analysis skills comprising demonstrable experience of all aspects of analysis such as business process modelling, use cases/user story writing, data modelling;
- Database logical modelling and Data Mapping experience;
- Deep knowledge in investment banking, instruments and financial markets background;
- UI prototyping and its mapping to database model;
- Experience in SQL, XML/XSD, UML;
- Deep understanding of various software development life-cycle frameworks and Business analysis practices;
- Pro-activeness in communication to Dev, QA and Client;
- Experience in working with remote client and virtual team;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- English fluent, both verbal and written;
- Excellent communication skills, proven experience of solving complex issues, GAP analysis, data quality assessment. Collaborate with business and IT to define and manage release scope;
- Proven experience and expertise in reference data builds at banks or data providers would be a big plus;
- Experience in handling multiple project simultaneously;
- Education: Bachelor Degree or higher.
