Senior Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Manage the monthly Anti-Corruption monitoring program across 6 countries (to expand further in 2016). This will involve scheduling, booking calls and appointments, chasing outstanding information or missed deadlines
- Review results of monthly monitoring activity. Ensure that this has been reviewed and certified. and provide feedback to EMEA Compliance and to local Country Compliance Officers
- Input results into standardized format for production of global, regional and country dashboards by PwC consulting team
- Work with in-country Finance teams to produce reports for sampling and transaction testing
- Assist with sample selection and provide Compliance Officers with documentation and training to facilitate testing
- Identify and document lessons learnt from the Pilot program. Prepare and deliver relevant training to Compliance Officers
- Work with Global and EMEA stakeholders to formalize monitoring procedures for region-wide implementation
- Provide feedback and advice to CCOs on interpreting results of sampling and monitoring activities
- Track issues and risks, ensure that these are followed up at country level
- Track and follow up remediation actions arising from each monthly reporting cycle
- Work with EMEA IT Team professionals to help develop workflow tools to increase the efficiency of the monitoring process.
Key requirements:
- 3-5 years of equivalent professional experience Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, Audit
- The Real Estate System knowledge would be an asset
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
- High analytical skills, focused on details, fast learning
- Strong communication skills with particular emphasis on handling difficult situations
- Client orientated, capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment
- Ability to work under time pressure and under stress
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
