Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Senior / Finance & Accounting Process Specialist English Speaker

Job Description:
We are looking for candidate, who is ready to take part in the transition of R2R, OTC, P2P processes for our Client. The scope involved covers processes: Account reconciliation, Journal Vouchers preparation and posting, Intercompany Accounting, period closing process, Customer Master Data, Cash Application, Collection, Customer queries, Vendor Master Data, Invoice and T&E processing, Payments preparation and execution, Vendor queries. The following working hours spread for the delivery team should be considered 9:00-17:30.
Transition phase:
- Develop an understanding of the current state processes
- Perform R2R, OTC and P2P daily tasks on site initially in legacy systems
- Validate the existing procedures and test new solutions according to GPM
- Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the R2R, OTC and P2P area
- Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
- Establish very good relationship with the client
Delivery phase:
- Maintain R2R, OTC, P2P scope and described above
- Responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
- Maintain period closing activities
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
Candidate's profile:
- Experience in R2R, OTC and PTP areas
- Very good English skills
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- GPM knowledge or GPM alignment experience will be a strong asset
- Transition experience will be an advantage
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
