For our Client, international Company from retail sector, we are looking for experienced Candidates for a position of Senior Financial Analyst.
Key responsibility: build product assortments across the Eastern European markets, to optimize revenue and margin, using analytical data from sell-through and consumer insights, that will enable major account segmentation, in collaboration with the sales team; deliver an effective market strategy in line with european guidelines by category, style, color, price and flow; establish close working relationships with HQ Merchandising teams in order to align on assortment planning, implementing regional strategies and ensuring the integrity of seasonal category stories within the channels offerd by the affiliates; ensure that an optimal mix of product is selected from the European line to meet category and assortment needs, as well as productivity targets, in the markets; work in close collaboration with the forecasting and retail team to create and update the seasonal forecast.
Requirements: minimum 3 years of experience of similar position in multinational company from retails or FMCG sector; creative and proactive approach to numerical analysis with ability to develop insights; experience in cooperation with more than 1 market; experience with accounting and finance reporting systems, SAP knowledge will be an asset; understanding of accounting policies and procedures; problem solving of comples and often unique situations and being capable of innovative ideas for streamlining processes and enhancing fiscal awareness; proficiency in MS Excel; University degree in numerate discipline; good command of english; excellent communication skills.
