Deploy, maintain and support networking technologies to provide business connectivity needs, with use of the equipment of vendors: Cisco (WAN, LAN, Wireless, Security), Juniper (LAN, Security), Aruba (Wireless), Riverbed (WAN Optimization) and Fortinet Fortigate. You will also perform supervisory duties for the team of Engineers, provide effective guidance and day-to-day mentoring.
- Provide Tier2 and Tier 3 operational support including on-call and troubleshooting of network performance and capacity for deployed solutions
- Participate in deployment projects and implementation of comprehensive changes in the infrastructure
- Establish expertise in several of the functional areas of network performance and application delivery solutions and services and develop a working knowledge of the remaining functional areas
- Participate in discussions with other Network Services organizations regarding service requirements and development of the network strategy
- Provide leadership for team projects with resources within the Infrastructure Services team
- At least 8 years in networking technologies including operational support, design and deployment. Experience in leading the engineering / operational teams.
- Very good knowledge of English (technical and business)
- Certifications: Cisco Professional level (CCNP|CCDP|CCSP), Juniper Specialist or Professional level (JNCIS|JNCIP), Aruba Associate or Professional (ACMA|ACMP). Certifications on expert level are desirable but not essential.
- Strong hands-on experience in area of Routing, Switching, Wireless, Quality of Service and Security/VPN
- Project Management / work coordination skills – practitioner of processes in ITIL methodology
