Senior Project Manager (HVAC)

Main Tasks:
- To provide comprehensive project management, mainly in Design Build Operate and Transfer projects (Energy Efficiency, Energy Services): both development and implementation phase.
- Manage all technical, financing, budgetary and commercial aspects of the projects, including cooperation, contracting and supervision aspects with projects partners (including technological, works and financial partners)
Responsibilities:
- Develops cost-effective technical concepts for projects during their development phase. Develops cost-effective and reactive eco-systems of partners to detect, develop and win projects.
- Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
- Oversees performance of all contractors and reviews architectural and engineering design ensuring that all contractual responsibilities are being followed.
- Is responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
- Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and allocated budgets.
- Reports about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
Requirements:
- MsC in environmental engineering – HVAC, or in Electricity or in I&C
- Minimum three years of experience as project manager with responsibility for the whole phase of project from building permit till final take over.
- Previous experience as a works manager, site manager
- Experience gained in HVAC or I&C, or Energy Services company
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- English language required
- Experience with energy efficiency project would be additional value
