We're looking for someone like this to:
- run a project stream from A to Z
- partner with experts across the organisation
- execute deliverables to a high quality standard, on budget and on time
- manage, lead and inspire the staff of a project team, whilst institutionalising core disciplines of Operational Risk Management and Gold Standard Client Servicing
- drive the future state for Operational Excellence in Client Lifecycle Management processes
- Interact with the full range of F2B Delivery Partners spanning a global footprint
- be accountable for delivering change, closing open action plans and making a tangible difference

You have:
- worked in a similar position before
- an understanding of what it takes to run successful projects in financial services and deliver effective, on-time solutions
- experience in an environment where no two days are the same
- experience in resolving Operational Risk Action Plans, Audit Points or similar
- a proven track record for delivering successful projects, leveraging a global, cross functional team
- Client Lifecycle Management / Account Maintenance / Client Data knowledge - you know the processes, issues and technologies
- a strong awareness of a Risk Control Framework and how to operationally deliver against it
- an ability to provide flexible and creative delivery options in challenging circumstances

Must:
- Project\Service management experience in IT Outsource using different approaches and practices
- Proved records in software development field, including experience in a position of developer, Team\Tech Lead (yes, we are looking for PM grown from Team Lead)
- Experience in working with small to medium size teams with focus on result and direct interaction with the the Client
- Good understanding of different SW development methodologies (not just we are doing Scrum because everybody does!)
- people management skills - ability to negotiate people needs, mentoring, resolve conflicts, motivate and build successful teams (people should like to work with you)
- Leadership skills, ability to work without prodding and chasing
- Fluent English
- Good sense of humor

You'll be working in the IB Client Lifecycle Management Program team in Bucharest. We're responsible for delivering solutions to close out action plans relating to high risk Operational Risk Inventory (ORI) items. Forming part of the front-to-back IB Client Lifecycle Management Programme, we support the Operations Teams who service Client and Account data and work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment with stakeholders across Front Office Sales, COO, Legal, Credit Risk, Operations and Data Management globally.
