- Drive the large scale interview process in a huge geographically distributed and complex organization
- Collect, document and organize the information, information feeds structure and flows and solutions for monitoring of critical applications.
- The business analyst will also be a key reviewer of existing documentation and feeds and assess the quality and completeness of the documentation
- The business analyst will together with the PM investigate and document the information required to effectively conduct knowledge transfer and/or assist in solutioning the feed and delivery monitoring.
- Support senior process architect with process refactoring activities
Mandatory:
- Fluent English
- Experience in Banking area. Strong knowledge of Business Definitions.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v.3/ITSM/COBIT
- Good understanding of SW Development Methodology (Agile - SCRUM, Waterfall)
- Strong knowledge of BA Methodology:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Documentation Design:
- Strong knowledge of modeling Technics
- BPMN or other BP modeling (IDEF, UML Activity Diagrams, ARIS EPC, etc.)
- UML Use Case (is a plus), Class Diagrams
- ER (Entity Relation Ship). Conceptual, Logical Models
- DFD (Data Flow Diagrams);
- State Diagrams.
- Strong Business Analysis Skills. 5+ years
Nice to have:
- Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with tech. support or within IT service oriented organizations
- Experience with databases
