Opis stanowiska:
For our client, international well-established manufacturing company, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior SAP CRM SVC Expert.
The SAP Application Expert CRM SVC is responsible for the operation of SAP processes in the areas of Service. This is a position in a Global team with team members in Asia, Europe and the Americas with a joint commitment to supporting the SAP business users in all companys units in the day-to-day operations.
Role/Purpose:
- reporting directly to the Regional SAP Application Management Poland Hub Lead;
- daily cooperation with SAP system users;
- monitor and enable SLA fulfillment on all support levels;
- technical support in daily activities within SAP, solving complex technical issues;
- monitoring and analysis of system functioning, monitoring the operation on the basis of project requirements;
- design, specification, test, documentation and implementation of changes to business processes;

- experience in providing technical support SAP system users;
- backgroung in 1 of the following modules: WebChannel, Contact Center, Sales, Marketing, Mobile/SUP;
- experience in WebUI Configuration;
- experience in CRM Service;
- experience in supporting an integrated ERP solution;
- proficient in English;
- open for travel depending on business needs.
- experience in providing technical support SAP system users;
