Job Description:
- Managing medium to large transition projects for our Clients
- Leading small to medium group of project managers delivering project across multiple locations/ regions
- Driving transformation of processes & technology towards global standardization
- Implementing & introducing new tools for the business
- Participating in pre-sales, contract negotiations & contributing to transition solution build out
- Remote and direct cooperation with local, regional and global multinational teams
- Project Management - related experience in large multi-national environment - min. 5 years
- Transition & transformation specific experience - min 3 years
- Background in business processes management & transformation (finance & accounting, procurement, utilities, digital marketing)
- Prior exposure to external management stakeholders
- Operational management experience, particularly in Outsourcing or in an internal business process
- Project team, objective driven leadership: managing locally & remotely
- Fluent English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an asset
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks or projects and balance workload effectively against changing deadlines
- Strong personality, self-starter with drive towards business goals and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and writing communication supported by excellent presentation skills
- Ability to drive and summarize conversation towards key points
- Flexible & comfortable with change and conflicts management
- Innovation and Client value oriented
- Experience of working in diverse cultural & virtual environment
- Strong analytical skills (both numerical and process)
- Attention to details & focus on quality
- Good understanding of technology
- Readiness to travel for up to 80% of time
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
