Your role
Do you have experience in digital production environment? Do you work on daily basis with InVision, UXPin or Balsamic? We are looking for someone like that who can:
- support Business Partners and GMCS Business Advisors to capture and translate concepts into detailed web solutions applying UX principles, prototyping tools and Adobe Experience Manager in an iterative prototyping process
- collaborate with Creative Solutions team and Web Production Specialists to deliver UX capabilities and services
- define new information architectures, content structures, navigation concepts, interaction patterns and template elements to develop user experience capabilities
- innovate and act as subject matter expert on UX trends and best practices
- act as the user-advocate during the client advisory and development process, conducting early-stage usability testing and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered and accessibility perspective
- perform quality reviews to ensure highest corporate design compliance for key deliveries to be published on UBS Intranet and Internet
- support ongoing education of publishing teams and act as subject matter expert on publishing guidelines, UX, SEO and accessibility principles
Your team
This role translates concepts into detailed web solutions, focusing on UX design and applying an iterative prototyping development process in close alignment with Business Advisors and Business Partners. The team supports in the delivery of complex digital projects, ensures quality and design compliance for key deliveries, and acts as subject matter expert on UX trends and best practices
Your experience and skills
Required experience & skills:
- higher education, preferably in UX Design, Human Interaction Design, Digital Marketing or Communication
- minimum 5 years of UX work experience, ideally in a digital production environment (e.g. agency)
- demonstrable in-depth understanding of user-centered design, SEO and accessibility principles
- knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Analytics, Campaign, Target and Audience Manager) and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is preferred
- expertise in UX prototyping tools such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamic and basic knowledge in frontend development and knowledge in alternative publishing and collaboration platform is a plus
- excellent English skills (verbal and written)
