Position purpose
The main purpose of the role is managing the contract effectively on daily basis including operations, finance and leadership. Provide the Client with high quality service. Ensure that all Service Level Agreements and KPIs are kept according to schedule. Manage transition of new scope. Develop teams and employees, promote team work and provide employees with coaching and leader’s support.
Main accountabilities
- Ensures that all deliverables for the project are created, approved and updated on ongoing manner
- Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to Client’s expectations
- Actively cooperate with engagement manger and client SPOCs to develop scope and processes
- Ensure that transitions and change management are delivered according to standard and methodology
- Assigns priorities for operations and services delivered to the Client
- Assures sufficient resources to perform operations for the Client for transition and delivery phases
- Accurately forecasts and manages costs and profitability for the project
- Leads and motivates multi functional teams in a complex environment
- Plays a role model to influence other individuals behavior and professional development
- Encourages co-operative team-working across the business
- Manages turnover and recruitment processes for the project
- Takes care of quality improvements
