For our client - multinational company from SSC/BPO sector based in Lodz - we are seeking candidates for the position of Service Desk Specialist with German.
Main duties on that position will involve:
- registering and processing customers' queries;
- handling incoming phone calls and emails;
- contact with vendors and answering to their queries;

Wymagania:
- very good German and English language skills;
- previous experience in customer service would be an asset (but is not required);
