You will be a part on a Service Management Office team which main objective is to support Security IT. You will be responsible for update the regular basis service documentations, provide reporting solutions, automation of processes. This role required for you to be open minded and seek for new solutions in reporting and delivering the data to Senior Management.
Your goal is to simplify the processes, reporting methods to be available at head for all Security IT.
- at least 5 years' experience working in a similar discipline
- excellent knowledge of data visualization applications (specifically Tableau)
- excellent Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint ) skills
- knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and preferable a certification in one of them
- the ability to work on many different tasks simultaneously, delivering to diverse stakeholders
- experience working with and influencing globally distributed stakeholders and teams
- knowledge of project management
- understanding of banking security industries
- experience working in heavily regulated environments, preferably in the finance sector
- knowledge of data protection and privacy laws in US, Europe and APAC
basic finance knowledge in respect to budget planning
an excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills tailored to your audience
- able to manage senior stakeholder expectations with a keen sense of what is realistic and achievable in a large, complex environment
- proactive, able to work within an team and also be a self-starter
You’ll be working in Security IT alongside Service Line and Service Managers that cover the Security IT management request. This job will require you to work closely with Security IT Service Line Managers, Business Analytics, PMO and support teams to drive ongoing and requested Security IT needs
