Responsibilities:

The Service Operations Manager  will have the responsibility to manage and develop the Parts Analysis service for the automotive client and their global activities.

  • Provide management and direction to the personnel to meet SLA and quality targets, ensuring the appropriate workload forecasting and planning
  • Ensure that scope of the activities is in line with the contract and managing the exceptions with the client
  • Pro-actively seek and manage client opportunities; work closely with other parts of Clifford Thames to ensure the right solution is provided
  • Ensure continuous improvement of processes; evaluate new methods and approaches to delivering the service
  • Manage client to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded
  • Act as the main contact and escalation point, identifying and resolving issues, suggesting and proposing improvements
  • Provide input into budgets using forecasting of transactions and other planning controls; ensure compliance to budgets
  • Ensure the appropriate levels of communication with the client, the team and internal departments
