Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Work with the Global SIP team on the SIP design for the following year, including setting up the Xactly tool as required to administer new plans or changes.
• Liaise with the EMEA Finance to set quota figures for participants based on the EMEA financial plan and goals for the year
• Reconcile individual quotas to team and EMEA level to ensure coverage of the EMEA finance plan
• Advise each Sub Regional Director of their SIP quota by participant for the year
• Review the content of Key Selling Objectives as applicable and the FGI's for the current year.
• Register each participant onto the scheme, ensuring correct quota and salary details are loaded
• Deal with any registration and quota queries from Sub Regional Directors and participants
• Provide a summary of the years performance to the EMEA Senior Leadership TeamQuarterly
• Ensure any salary changes are accounted for and reflected in the participants plan details via liaison with HR
• Request Key Selling Objective achievements from the Sub Regional Directors for inclusion within the annual results
• Reconcile financial actual from the EMEA finance team for each participant to team and EMEA level
• Update each participants plan in Xactly with the appropriate financial actuals for that quarter
• Create payroll files for approval and processing
• Respond to any queries from the Sub Regional Directors in regard to their summary reports
• Work with the Payroll team to ensure payments are made on time
• Notify sales once payments are ready for viewing in Xactly.
• Respond to any queries from the participants in regard to their payments
• Escalate any issues to the Head of Sales Operations as required for discussion at SIPCOM
• Provide metrics for the operations management quarterly pack.Ad-Hoc
• Provide payment calculations for leavers and starters
• Work with HR on in-country legal requirements
• Reporting for Global SIP team or regional senior leadership team.
• Train sales on new tools, processes and calculations
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
Candidates must be proficient and have previous working experience with spreadsheets (Excel) up to intermediate-expert level, as a large element of work is spreadsheet based.It would be an advantage for candidates to have some knowledge of incentive plans or have worked in a Finance/HR environment.Very good written and spoken English is required.Must have good judgement, independent decision making skills, attention to details and experience of working to tight deadlines while under pressure.
