Currently due to their fast development in Poland the company has decided to create the key role of Marketing and Communication Manager. On top of the traditional scope of responsibilities this broad role will enable the chosen candidate to be strongly involved in the operations and to contribute personally to the company's rapid growth in Poland.
Job description
- Design and implement the PR/communication strategy both internally and externally to enhance the company culture as well as the brand awareness (press, web, events, etc.) - Improve continuously the CRM business processes: direct marketing, data base utilization, data mining, loyalty program, etc. - Design and implement the relevant marketing tools to strengthen the customer's satisfaction and the brands positioning - Monitor the market and the competitors evolution and assess the market share in the different business lines - Design and implement the company web strategy to improve communication effectiveness - Be a proactive business partner to all the business lines managers
Who we are looking for
- Master Degree in Marketing or Business - Min. 3 years of experience in a dynamic and competitive environment - Excellent knowledge of marketing tools and solutions - Excellent skills in strategic planning and execution - Able to federate and to build very good relationship at all levels in the organization - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Entrepreneurship with a strong focus on target realization - Able to work under pressure with 'can do' attitude - Fluency in English
