Opis stanowiska:
- Design and implement the PR/communication strategy both internally and externally to enhance the company culture as well as the brand awareness (press, web, events, etc.) - Improve continuously the CRM business processes: direct marketing, data base utilization, data mining, loyalty program, etc. - Design and implement the relevant marketing tools to strengthen the customer's satisfaction and the brands positioning - Monitor the market and the competitors evolution and assess the market share in the different business lines - Design and implement the company web strategy to improve communication effectiveness - Be a proactive business partner to all the business lines managers Wymagania:
- Master Degree in Marketing or Business - Min. 3 years of experience in a dynamic and competitive environment - Excellent knowledge of marketing tools and solutions - Excellent skills in strategic planning and execution - Able to federate and to build very good relationship at all levels in the organization - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Entrepreneurship with a strong focus on target realization - Able to work under pressure with 'can do' attitude - Fluency in English Forma kontaktu:
