Our client is a multinational company operating in FMCG sector. It is one of the world's leaders within cosmetics industry. Currently, due to the centralization in Poland of key EMEA functions, we are seeking for open minded, goal oriented individuals for the regional position of Sales Planning Manager.

- Responsible for implementation and execution of sales forecasting strategy.
- Manage processes and communication across approximately 10 markets.
- Supervise forecast accuracy for the above markets.
- Support system development.
- Leading S&OP meetings.

- Master Degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Supply or Management area.
- Min. 3 years experience on the position of forecasting or marketing manager/ senior specialist.
- Knowledge about forecasting and excess and discontinued standards and policies.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks in a short time.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Perfect time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent English.
