For our Client, international corporation located in the Silesia region, we are currently looking for people with experience in payroll processing for a position of Service Delivery Manger.
Acting as Delivery Service Manager you will be in charge of a project and will be responsible for people management (team managers, team leaders) to attain: optimum results in service delivery and customer satisfaction as well as strive for service center delivery excellence, commercial viability, process and resource optimization. You will also develop and implement strategies to attain optimum results in service delivery and customer satisfaction, drive consistency and accuracy to deliver on-time results, educate and develop associates for better performance, ensure timely and accurate measurement and reporting procedures are in place, actively participate in strategic business planning. You will be responsible for people engagement levels at the center- hiring, attrition, engagement programs, career planning.
To apply for this position you should have few years of relevant experience, HR process outsourcing experience (WorkforceAdministration /Payroll ), Experience with SOX controls, audits and other country specific data privacy requirements, Customer Service Orientation, Exposure to various HR tools & technology, Exposure to a global HR environment, Proficiency in Polish and English in business context.
